I have also worked with the World Bank and United Nations researching national technology strategies, e-government, internet regulatory issues and technology best practices.
My undergraduate studies were in humanities and computer programming I have a Masters from Columbia University in International Relations. I have also received diplomas in project management (PMI) and Competitive E-Strategies from the Wharton Business School.
