How long have you been in business?
I developed my first website in 1993 and have moved with the internet evolution since then gaining experience in programming, databases, analytics and marketing. In 2005 I began a full-time focus on web marketing including search engine optimization and off-site web marketing.
Where is your office located?
I spend most of my time in South America, but the company is incorporated in the New Jersey, USA. The team however are distributed across the world including Colombia, Paraguay, Holland, USA and Russia. We use online collaboration tools and the cost savings of our distributed team and low labor costs are passed onto our clients.
Do you work with clients in X country?
Our clients have come from USA, Ireland and Colombia and we have found that it is rarely necessary to meet face to face. It really boils down to trust, and we have found that prospective clients are usually impressed with our client references, testimonials and past success stories.
How long and how much?
There is no straight answer to this. Every market is different, every budget is different and expectations vary a lot. Its kind of like building a house in which there are a many factors and a lot depends on how our recommendations meet your needs and resources. Our usual approach is to customize a client questionnaire, based on this we prepare a site and market assessment, after which we create a project package (Project Objectives, Site Map, Functional specification, Technical specification, Timetable, Costings, Payment schedule) that suits you.
